2. Nexus SMS Messaging Program
By opting in to Nexus SMS, you agree to receive SMS messages from Undercover AI related to the Nexus SMS service.

Users opt in to Nexus SMS by directly providing their mobile phone number to Undercover AI through the Nexus SMS opt-in page and checking the SMS consent box, or by sending the first SMS message to the Nexus SMS phone number and requesting communication.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages from Nexus SMS by Undercover AI.

After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive Nexus SMS messages unless you opt in again.

9. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information when opting in to Nexus SMS. You agree not to use Nexus SMS for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Undercover AI may modify, suspend, or discontinue Nexus SMS or related services at any time. SMS delivery may depend on mobile carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, and third-party messaging providers.
